Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for coordination and management of various training initiatives run centrally, across levels and operations, to ensure smooth execution of the various L&D Initiatives across operations/Zones etc, resulting into fulfilment of Stakeholders training needs and to enhance overall Organizational KSA levels 1. Data Management and Analysis - Managing Training data for various programs- Preparing reports as per stakeholders (Mgmt/HRBPs/Sales heads/COLs etc) requirements- Releasing PAN India Training reports on regular intervals (quarterly/annually) 2. Managing Various software /portals - Managing LMS to update and fetch information- Managing the usage of various resources such as Software Keys and related data- Coordinating with Vendors for the smooth execution of the platforms 3. L&D Governance - To prepare Training calendar and sharing across the Organisation- Assisting Manager-L&D for timely execution of the various programs as per the L&D Framework and schedules set forth- Tracking & Driving L&D KPIs 4. Training Delivery and Content Preparation - Connecting with various Stakeholders to understand their respective training needs- Delivering/Co-facilitating training programs at the frontline/middle levels- Working on the development of various content Development- PPTs/Virtual learning nuggets5. Liaison with Stakeholders and external vendors - Assisting L&D manager to connect with various stakeholders, to ensure contextual training programs via collecting regular feedbacks from stakeholders- Connecting with freelance trainers and service providers for various programs- Building relationship with stakeholders and external vendors Knowledge & Skills : - Proficient in Data Management and analysis- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skill- Excellent Vendor Management Skills- Creative and thoughtful to develop new training modules- Handled LMS development or implementation- Open for travelling Competencies: - Accountability & Analytical mindset- Creative and Innovative- Interpersonal Skill- Stakeholder management- Planning & organizing Experience & Qualification: - A Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in L&D Function- Hands On Experience in Data Management and Analysis- Training Vendor Management experience is preferred- LMS exposure- Masters Degree in HR or related field is preferred,
