Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, open minded, bold and trustworthy Personal Secretary to work closely with the Our Clients. This role requires a confident and adaptable individual who can handle a variety of tasks with discretion and professionalism. The candidate must be comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities, supporting the Director in reducing workload and stress. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, capable of adjusting to various situations, and willing to travel for business or other requirements.
    1. Administrative and Personal Support:
    • Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings with precision.
    • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Director.
    • Provide thoughtful and confidential support in both professional and implied personal capacities.
    • Assist in day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the Directors schedule.
    1. Business and Travel Assistance:
    • Accompany the Director to business meetings, events, and trips when needed.
    • Represent the Director professionally in client interactions and external engagements.
    1. Adaptability and Confidentiality:
    • Be flexible and willing to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities as required.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining complete confidentiality.

    • Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English, written and verbal).
    • Presentable, bold, and confident personality with the ability to manage diverse situations smartly.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset.
