Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular visits to merchants in the open market to pitch our WhatsApp Business App and educate them on its features and benefits.
    • Guide merchants through the onboarding process, assisting them with account setup and profile creation.
    • Help merchants upload and manage their product catalogues on the WhatsApp Business App, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Present advertising opportunities to merchants, highlighting the value of promoting their products or services through WhatsApp business App.
    • Proactively engage with merchants to renew their subscriptions and maintain long-term relationships, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
    • Utilise your own bike for daily travel to visit merchants and navigate the assigned sales territory efficiently.Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients, share relevant content, and build relationships
