This position is responsible for Credit and Collections of Keysight AR. It involves managing teams across regions , interacting with Sales and Feild Finance organization to ensure smooth Customer Credit Management , business decision support in terms of payment terms including decision support on extended payment terms. The incumbent is expected to provide process and business leadership to the collections managers across regions and set strategic direction for Keysight Credit and Collections organization to align with Keysight objectives and operating business model. Directs the development , implementation and administration of financial planning , reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures. Selects , develops , and evaluates personnel. Ensures effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes , risk exposures , ethics and values , compliance with laws , regulations and contracts , and appropriate communication of risk and control information.Provides strategic business decision support and consulting for company senior management. Provides comprehensive financial support , operations analysis , accounting systems , capital investment , planning and analysis , business decision support , business plan development and execution , and audit coordination , to ensure achievement of planned cost , profit and business strategy objectives.Directs and oversees financial statutory and tax compliance for a country or countries.
