Job Description

Financial Analysis ManagerWhat this job involves:Responsible for providing senior management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The candidate would be responsible for running the annual budgeting process, as well as for managing cash flow forecast models, variance analysis, and other financial performance tools. An FP&A candidate will often liaise to discuss cash flows and expenditures. They may also get pulled in to work with corporate development on acquisition opportunities.Responsibilities:

  • Work as an Individual Contributor as articulated by need
  • Preparing P/L reports and sending to Stakeholders as part of monthly exercise.
  • Preparing various PAX reports for analysis, review as per requirements and refreshing the same, as part of month end process.
  • Preparing adhoc reports time to time to be presented to stakeholders.
  • Fetching PS reports for various P/L accounts, analysing the closing amounts with PAX for comparison.
  • Preparing Tableau Dashboards for ageing analysis, reaching out to countries for comments for provisions and recoveries.
  • Prepare journals for review and send for posting
  • Support in updating forecasts and budgets in EPBCS
  • Preparing workings for Impairment Assets Testing quarterly and consolidate response and submit to Regional Controllers to support the Judgemental Call.
  • Prepare file for Actual/ forecast numbers basis PAX retrieve.
  • Analyse the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting
  • Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results
  • Supporting business initiatives/ support changes.
  • Lead Governance Calls/Meetings with stakeholders
  • Performs quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
  • Perform Budget vs. Actual/Variance Analysis

  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of
  • Preferably, more than 5 years of working experience in Accounting & Analytical profile in MNC
  • Well-versed with RPA, Automation, Business Process Restructuring, Program Management, GAP Analysis and Change Management.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel & Domain Knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Open for working in rotational shift timings as per Project Requirement
