The candidate would be a part of Balance sheet reporting team.Would be involved in analysis of company s segment balance sheets.CA or MBA with 3-6yrs of experience in financial analysis & reporting.Shift Timing- 8 am-5 pm.Detailed This position will be part of the Financial Reporting Cluster. This position will primarily support the External Reporting function. The job would entail one or more of the following activities:Assist in Financial Reporting at an AXP/ Regional/Market/LOB/ External Segment- level.Assist in developing standard tools and processes for collating information from various sources for performing financial reporting and analysis.Establish required controls and checks to ensure integrity of the information collected.Develop relevant reporting of Financial Statements with supporting analysis to cater to diverse customer requirements.Collaborate with multiple Finance partners across Controllership, Business Unit Finance and other Finance organizations to source information and deliver on customer expectations.The incumbent will be expected to quickly gain detailed understanding of inputs, processes, controls, flows, metrics, risks, and outputs of the process area.The incumbent will be required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer s requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all times.The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.The incumbent shall ensure that all deadlines are continually met and adequate controls are maintained over the processes handled by the teamThe incumbent shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with customer / businSalary2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.IndustryAccounting / Auditing / TaxationWork Experience3 - 5 YearsQualificationM.B.A/PGDM,
