Job Description

    Experience: 3-5 years (including article ship) Qualification: Qualified CA / CFA professional WHAT WILL YOU DO - Prepare financial statements, financial reports and financial forecasts- Perform analysis of financial data, transactions, establish links between the financial statements, prepare presentations, perform sensitivity- Build financial models in excel based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics.- Ensure that the organizations financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.- Prepare sales forecasting and other organizational reports.- Periodically review the organizations financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.- Implement accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance.- Prepare a financial report to give insight to management regarding finances of the establishment.- Process balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.- Invoice and make regular follow ups for recovery and payments.- Maintain bills from vendors, check, get approval and coordinate for their payments.- Procure bank statements monthly from all banks and prepare reconciliation statements.- Ensure compliance under Direct Tax regulations including routine tax payments, return filing as well as ensuring completion of tax audit, transfer pricing study and corporate tax returns.- Ensure compliance with Indirect tax including routine tax payments, return filing, refund claims under GST, compliance under FEMA and companies Act.- Strong ability to apply several accounting and reporting systems and analytical skills.- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion and carry. WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE - Experience in Financial Modelling and Excel Programming is a Must Technical:- A Qualified CA Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience (including article-ship) in financial & accounting analysis.- Must have experience in Financial Modelling and Excel Programming.- Proficient required in MS Excel & Google sheets.- Knowledge of US taxation, US Accounting and US compliances will be an added advantage.- Good knowledge of GAAP accounting principles will be preferred.- Good exposure with accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks.- Good to have exposure to analytical modelling.- Must be conversant with all accounting functions management as well as audit compliance.- Solid project management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities.- Proven experience to build and utilize reports to analyse pertinent account information.- Should have a knack to identify gaps and implement action plans and process improvements.Behavioral:- Strong verbal/written communication is a must with an ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Must have good analytical & organisational skills.- A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with peers in team.- Experience in participating and collaborating with teams and gather meaningful insights on data.- Ability to meet all baseline and project goals for accuracy and timeliness.- Should be a multi-tasker with an eye to detailed orientation.,
