Oversee the preparation the monthly financial reports including P&L , Cashflow and Balance Sheet Prepare and track budget and MIS based upon organisational targets Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function Will be responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company. Working Knowledge of TDS and GST Handle all corporate compliance related matters Manage payroll of all employees and all contractors Develop processes and systems for financial control. Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance Expertise and relevant experience in in accounting , taxation , compliance , budgeting and MIS Experience in independently handling the finance function of an organisation Supervise and manage a team. Desired Candidate Profile Should have significant expertise in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP. Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance with complete knowledge of Taxation - Profession Tax , TDS , GST and accounting standards Should have the ability to stay updated on new policies and regulations related to taxation and accounting. Should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and perfection Have an ability to work under pressure with a professional behaviour,
