Job Description

Role : Firmware EngineerDesignation : Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager/Dy ManagerDepartment : R&DLocation : GurgaonExperience : 4-7 YearQualification : BE/ B.Tech in Computer Engineering. Preferably M.Tech in Embedded System &/OR PGDM in Emedded System from CDAC.Required Skills (Functional & Behavioral Skills)

  1. Hardware & Software architecture for embedded system.
  2. Software development in C/C++.
  3. HMI, UI/GUI, SCADA programming & mapping
  4. Strong Documentation & Writing Skills
  5. Familiar with software configuration management tools, Detecting Tracking tools & Peer to peer review.
PreferredSkills
  1. RTOS, Linux
  2. System Architecture.
Responsibilities:
  1. Software development in C/C++ adhering coding process, version control, software testing.
  2. Design & implementation of embedded software from requirement analysis to commercial deployment.
  3. Design, develop, Coding, Test & Debugging System software and review.
  4. Software development & Testing of entities for RS232, RS485, CAN, Isolated CAN, SNMP, Daisy Chain, Bluetooth, Wifi, Fiber optics, Functional safety IEC61508.
  5. Analyze & Enhance system stability and scalability of system resources and functions.
  6. Active participation in software architecture, code review, bugs management.
  7. OS Coding Techniques, IP Protocols, Interfaces & Hardware Subsystems
  8. Reviewing component (C, P, FPGA etc.) details & understanding datasheets.
  9. Interface with Hardware design and development & Integrated testing-validation of embedded code to comply applicable IEC/IEEE/UL/ISO standards
  10. Interaction with partners, vendors, supplier in technical discussion from development to deployment phase.
