If you like working with a curious, supportive, high-performing team, Gartner is the place for you.About the team:In Gartners Services analytics & productivity team, we innovate the way the service teams help clients receive value enabling smarter decision making by technology leaders who are our clients.Job description:- Drive Insights & analytics by Identifying, tracking, measuring, and reporting metrics that impact client retention and drivers of retention- Work with automation team to efficiently scale reporting. Partner within service ops and service delivery teams to develop analytical insights for point-in-time problems- Identify retention opportunities through analytical approaches and arrive at recommended actions for service teams- Responsible for identifying trends / insights from data and leveraging the right analytical tools and techniques to do so- Influence senior internal stakeholders of BUs on prioritizing the right problems and to jointly implement initiatives- Drive Data Management by Solving bugs and data quality issues by proactive collaboration with stakeholders and partners (BAW, Finance, etc.) to fix data issues or integrate data into analytics system- Integrate large volumes of data and connect discrete data points to enable retention analytics- Own process and systems improvement in different stages of data pipeline (account booking, territory assignment, AL, dashboards etc.)Essential must-have skills:- Degree in quantitative field: engineering / maths preferable with 2 -4 years of Demonstrated track record in business analytics- Demonstrated and statistical analyses as good to have expertise in descriptive analytics with advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using python and ExcelExperience:- SQL knowledge to fetch relevant data from warehouseIntermediate:- PowerBI knowledge to leverage it as a tool to manipulate large size datasets- Powerpoint skills including ability to summarize key message and leverage right charts in think-cellIntermediate:Benefits:We offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including Company benefits like medical insurance, life insurance, and accidental insurance starting day one, best in industry pay package, flexible work environment, and lucrative paid time off policy, etc. All Gartner associates strive on being high performers, problem solvers, and team players with passion, integrity and effectiveness.
