Website: www.geekster.in Job Profile: Geekster is looking for a - Lead Recruiter- who will work closely with the clients and help them close their tech positions with the best talent. This is a high impact role where you will be leading the entire recruitment business for the company and will be part of the core team working directly with the Founders.Please apply only if you are comfortable working in a startup environment. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients to develop best recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships.2. Plan and implement talent attraction & branding strategies across existing and new channels.3. Develop recruitment partners on the platform who can actively work to source talent for the open positions.4. Ownership for closing all the positions with the hiring partners.5. Set dashboards and processes capturing all key recruitment metrics - Quantitative and Qualitative.6. Build a team of high performers and lead the entire recruitment effort. Candidate Profile: 1. Post Graduate (MBA) / Graduate degree/ in HRM, Psychology, Business, and/or related fields2. Overall 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing & recruiting with at least 2 years of experience in tech hiring.3. Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.4. Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.,
