WedMeGood is looking for digital marketing lead to help power our user acquisition and retention strategy in order to scale our current base.The Roles Responsibilities include : 1) Lead digital marketing initiatives of WedMeGood. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness across SEM/ UAC / Social, etc to drive awareness and adoption for WedMeGood app and website2) Optimise ads to achieve the lowest cost per lead on the website and app, without compromising user quality.3) Lead and train the digital marketing team to achieve best in class results- Analyze traffic data, flows, funnels on a detailed city and category level to identify potential leakages and opportunities to grow4) Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy5) Be hands-on and detail-oriented in terms of analyzing results. Basic Qualifications :1) Deep knowledge of UAC, search, and social advertising preferably for consumer apps2) Detail orientation, and ability to go deep in number crunching and analyzing data points,
