In parallel, we are developing our team and technological capabilities to build sustainable moats through a community and health ecosystem.Come be a part of our journey - its still Day One!www.gonoise.com Roles and responsibilities : - Identify, define, manage and drive special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the company- Solve high-impact business problems through a mix of analytical and creative problem solving- Drive external-facing discussions with potential partners and investors- Drive governance improvements through efficient project management- Present recommendations to top management and the Board through compelling oral and written communication Ideal qualifications and experience : - B.Tech/MBA from leading universities- 3-5 years experience in management consulting firms, high-growth startups, or leading MNCs- Previous experiences in FMCG / eCommerce are a plus Personal attributes : - Impact orientation: Hunger to convert thought into action and drive impact- High ownership: Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead by example- Problem-solving: Strong problem solving and data orientation- Tech affinity: Strong interest in technology and digital landscape, especially personal electronics and the quantified self-movement - a true Noisemaker !- Strong communication: Effectiveness and clarity in written and verbal communication,
