Job Description

    • Responsible for establishing the brand and managing the sales and business development activities.
    • Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set.
    • Implement and engage in branch promotion activities for establishing the brand and increasing market coverage.
    • Responsible for customer management including all the customer related queries, issues, grievances and focus on resolving them at the earliest along with other cross functional teams in the branch.
    • Ensure that all customer documentation is maintained in the prescribed format and transfer of documents is done safely and seamless.
