Background: The Jabra Global Account Services Function, supports and coordinates Jabra s Key Global End Customer Accounts and International Opportunities for Jabra s Business Solutions Division. The function also works closely with Jabra s Sales Regions in developing relationships with Key Global Partners to support the needs of the Accounts. As the Global Accounts vary in size, opportunity, presence and needs, Jabra serves the Global Accounts at a competitive level by leveraging from local presence for more personal sales and support, while still addressing the account s global needs and interests C Think Global C Act Local. The Jabra Global Accounts Services function is therefore about coordination and the use of Jabra s internal networks and solutions to address different Customer s needs & Requirements. The Jabra Global Accounts Program is coordinated and supported by Global Account Program Managers (GPM s). This Open Position of : Global Accounts Sales Operations Executive is tasked with supporting the GPM s by performing various operations tasks such as ; Creation, amendment and updating of Global Customer Price requests in our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tool based on direction and requests from the GPM s; maintaining our pricing database and being able to pull / create reports / provide analysis; ensuring the data hygiene in our CRM system by running daily/ weekly reports and where responsible make updates; perform data cleansing of Account and ownership data in our CRM system; support with data collation from various sources to enable report creation; support GPM s by updating various PowerPoint presentations and Account plans; perform Internet investigation and searching for customer information and other additional administrative tasks identified. Key Responsibilities Updating and submitting of Price requests through the CPQ System (Configure, Price quote system) and when approved upload to Share point/ Teams sites Hygiene and Maintenance of Account relevant information in CRM system, as well as global opportunity handling/ setup for pricing quotation purposes Administrative supporter Global Program Management Update of power point presentations: Account Plans, Value propositions, Progr. Mgt. presentations Update of Action lists (excel or CRM)/ employee numbers / org. charts / Partner mapping pr. account Searching internet for relevant account information where missing (subsidiaries, organization, number of employees pr. country, strategic goals) Receiving information from team/ searching internet and structuring relevant competitor information Setting up and maintaining Microsoft teams . Upload information / linkage to sites and information OneNote and Share point C upload / archive / maintain relevant information Support gathering and creation of material for big tenders Your profile You are experienced in Sales Operations tasks and will have 7- 10 years experience within a Multi- national corporate environment. You are familiar with following processes but also able to use your initiative to propose improvements and changes. Self- initiated and used to working towards deadlines. Thorough and conscious of delivering quality and paying attention to detail. Stabile, trustworthy and not afraid of performing repetitive work Skills and competencies Pro- active, self- driven and take a pride in servicing your internal customer Fluency in English (oral and written). Planning and organizing as well as the ability to follow up and facilitate clean up and maintenance in a busy environment Proficient with Microsoft Office products (power point, teams, word, excel) C especially advanced use of excel is preferred CRM Knowledge and experience - preferably within Microsoft Dynamics CPQ ( Configure, Price, Quote ) tool experience is preferred (Based on Callidus Cloud platform) Personal skills: thorough, patient, self- driven and able to work to deadlines Localization of the position is India/ Gurugram Jabra offers A challenging job in a global organization An opportunity to support a very experienced senior programme management team Flexible working conditions,
