POSITION TITLE: Tele Counsellor ( Outbound Calling Process) Job Location - Gurgaon Shift Timing - 10 am to 7 pm (Day shift / Sunday fixed off), Job Discription ;- -Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and based on their interest, convince them to attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes. -Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit. -Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time. Qualification- Any Under Graduate, Dropouts with minimum 6 months experience in BPO Outbound calling profile (Female Only) Exp.
