Job Type - Permanent Description - Defining & driving engagement program for B2B & B2C channel partners to improve operational efficiency.Driving productivity of channels (B2C & B2B) via different business propositions/programsClient Details :Our client is one of Indias leading Healthcare service provider with a stellar reputation.Description:Key KPIs: - Geo-based expansion strategy for the channel (B2C)- Enabling Key Account management for various categories of channel partners with its benefits- Defining & driving engagement program for B2B & B2C channel partners to improve operational efficiency.- Driving productivity of channels (B2C & B2B) via different business propositions/programs.- Continuous improvement on the cloud-based ERP given to a partner via introducing new features/empowering channels to deal with their customer more efficiently/enabling DIY marketing tools to the platform.- Driving customer-facing KPIs for the Channel Partners like NPS (Net Promoter Score), reduction in various types of errors, encouraging partner & their Phlebos to participate in different training programs etc.- Continuous improvement & benchmarking of the Digital Onboarding process of channel Partners, defining the digital & offline support for newly onboarded partners to handhold them for the intial period.- Enabling the patient acquisition strategy - centrally & hyperlocal activation for channel partners through various campaigns & cross-brand tie-ups.- Staging the channel partners in different buckets basis the aging of the channel partners & defining the growth plan through market support for each category, like Matured Vs Maturing Vs. newly onboarded.Profile:- Skill Set & Qualification : - Qualification - MBA from a reputed business school with a marktech background,minimium of 10 years of experience dealing with franchisee/retail/distributors business management.- Should understand the consumer life cycle, various ways of consumer acquisition - offline & digital.- Understanding of Key account management & channel based business management.- Good at Project management & cross-functional working.- Exposure of ATL/BTL, campaign management, digital marketing experience, customer/consumer/patientacquisition- Enabler for regional marketing teams to ensure effective execution,
