Function: Supply ChainUnit: Control Tower & Planning (Central Operations)Job Location: Gurgaon, HaryanaDesignation: Director/Senior Director/Head- Exhibit deep domain knowledge of Control Tower in order to set-up a planning and control tower function- Define parameters which will be considered for planning; define critical control points, metrics and the action plan, given its a partner based network- Lead Control Tower Operations and monitor fleet operations (in-house, outsourced/vendors)- Monitor & develop dashboards and progress on the metrics- Drive efficiency + cost improvement projects- Stay ahead of current industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes.- Maintain close cross functional stakeholder management.- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both customers and company,
