Job Description

    - Conceive, design & deliver programs to effectively engage & retain specifiers and to influence them to actively promote & specify company products to customers.- Develop & implement programs that enhance specifier understanding & buy-in for company products thereby making Brand the leading Specifier Recommended, Customer Preferred brand in the industry.- Work with the BDM team and regional sales teams to develop an exhaustive data base of influencers and map their potential.- Evolve a long term segmented strategy to be the preferred brand by our customers and position Brand as the pre-eminent brand in the luxury and premium segment.- Conceptualize and execute a communication and detailing program to achieve the above objectives including working with the BDM team and the sales force to sharpen the sales pitches, develop communication material for product detailing to specifiers, designing innovative engagement programs and a sustainable platform for building a long term relationship with the customer segment.- Evolve innovative engagement programmes for specifiers, in order to build long term relationship with the community.- Work closely with Commercial Finance to ensure that the right product mix gets specified with no adverse impact on margins.- Be the knowledge transfer & skill building bridge between Product Marketing and Sales force in terms of selling to high-end customers.- Be an advisor to B2B Sales force in addressing & supporting specifier queries & needs including designing and working on project boards, innovative ways of differentiating mock ups, trouble shooting etc.- Work closely with research agencies to gain in-depth understanding of specifier engagement drivers and brands standing vis-a-vis competition on Net Promoter Scores (NPS).- Benchmark effectiveness of specifier engagement programs vis-a-vis those deployed by competition.- Build strong relationships & networks within industry leading specifiers and drive top of mind recall for company products.,
