Job Description

    Brand Management - Responsible for conceptualization of brand strategy, finalization & implementation of Brand Plan for augmenting the business volume. Preparing P & L and Annual Marketing Plan for the category with budgets for all activities.- New Product Development - Product development through proper SWOT analysis, understanding the market and competitive situation for new business opportunities & hence determining the product launch needs. - Marketing Communication - Interacting with agencies for management of ATL & BTL activities. Interacting with leading publications for developing advertorials to generate awareness & interest around category handled. Developing thematic and tactical Print ads Creative, and other POPs .- Social & Digital marketing strategy - Developing the social and digital marketing strategy of the BU for the relevant TG. Increasing awareness, intent and conversion in the Target Segment. - Market Mapping - Responsible for Sales Trend Analysis, Distribution Planning, Market segmentation, new product idea generation, Competition mapping (features / price/ pack), and Trade / customer feedback. - Merchandising and Product Visibility - Optimizing retail space available for better product visibility, ease of shopping & maintaining the brand imagery. Developing shelf display, SKUs availability, better packaging etc with emphasis on modern trade formats.,
