Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT:The Head of Brand will plan, build and deliver our marketing strategy for products and services and associated brand(s). We seek a professional with the interpersonal skills to lead the sales and marketing activities of our organization. In this role, you will assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Media planning, analytics and strategy, including return on investment evaluation and digital marketing analytics and strategy.
  • Implement research and strategy, including network cost and pricing, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Conduct business development, including developing alliance, channel and network partnerships.
  • Execute brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within approved quality standards.
  • Execute E-commerce strategy, planning and management, including merchant development and support.
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance etc.
, *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum ten years of related work experience
  • Masters degree in Marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Twelve years of core FMCG marketing experience with four years of supervisory experience
  • Masters degree in Marketing
