    1. Responsible for running the Brand loyalty program.
    2. Monitoring customer enrollments and validations
    3. Identification of eligible customers for adding to database and capturing their details
    4. Monitor enrolments happening at stores and ensure achievement of benchmark
    5. Conceptualize new engagement opportunities and work with the stores to implement them
    6. Track customer engagements and capture in system
    7. Ability to work with stores and marketing to ensure maximum customer engagement
    8. Ability to interpret the captured data to make meaningful inferences
