Job Description

    Our client is a UAV and anti-drone manufacturer and service provider based out of Noida. Their team designs and manufactures UAVs which are sold to government and non-government clients from various sectors that further utilize our UAV based on their requirements. Presently, they look forward to hire for the role of Head of Sales to be based in Noida.Responsibilities :- Devise strategies for developing business and achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings- UAV and Anti UAV systems- Lead and manage the sales team for all verticals - drone, anti-drones, and services- Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning- Manage effective tender application, with complete oversight of key areas such as RFP creation- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them, stay current with the industrys market trends- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives- Generate leads nationwide, both government and private entities- Maintain constant communication with clients and nurture relationshipsRequirements :- Masters in business administration or an equivalent degree- 5+ years relevant sales experience.- 2+ years sales experience with an aerospace/UAV company strongly preferred- Experience in dealing with government institutions and officials strongly preferred- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problemsThis job opening was posted long time back.
