Job Description

Key Accountabilities Direct and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis, including managing the gameboard for the business and leading the mergers and acquisitions activities and managing the capital expenditure plans of the company in the five-year portfolio review system.Act as leader to identify and negotiate strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing and intellectual property rights, like the overall strategic leadership of the B2B business for global edible oil solutions (GEOS) India.Lead prioritization and tracking of investments across new product development initiatives.Overall Supervision of the transformation management office (TMO) of Global edible oil solutions (GEOS) IndiaYou will provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports and their organization, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organizationOther duties as assigned, *Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experienceEducation, Experience and Skills: MBA from a reputed institute with at least 15-20 years of relevant industry experienceAt least 10 years of experience in leadership roles in FMCG, Consulting firmsShould have commercial leadership, strategy and business development experienceKey Behaviors Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goalsBuild strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutionsUse compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of othersSkills: Strong effective communicator.
