Key Accountabilities Direct and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis, including managing the gameboard for the business and leading the mergers and acquisitions activities and managing the capital expenditure plans of the company in the five-year portfolio review system.Act as leader to identify and negotiate strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing and intellectual property rights, like the overall strategic leadership of the B2B business for global edible oil solutions (GEOS) India.Lead prioritization and tracking of investments across new product development initiatives.Overall Supervision of the transformation management office (TMO) of Global edible oil solutions (GEOS) IndiaYou will provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports and their organization, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting.
