You will drive the hiring strategy for the organization to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates. You will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function with the support of a team.The Successful ApplicantMBA from a reputed institution with around 8 to 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition across functions. You should have lead a team of TA professionals and managed partners including vendors.
