Job Description

    *
    • Own Regulatory Compliance tool implemented for maintaining Regulatory compliances for all legal entities of Gr. India Zone.
    • Drive prompt, thorough and consistent adherence to enterprise-wide regulatory & statutory compliance requirements and expectations.
    • Ensure all user training and transition on Regulatory compliance tool.
    • Support RCO with executing Preventive processes around employee education to promote compliance culture.
    • Work on Enterprise Risk mitigation plan with the RCO
    • De-mystify Compliance Policies - Build a Memory Trace. Communication that provides deeper insight regarding Compliance policies yet simple to understand procedural guideline for employee.
      • Develop and organize periodic communication for all employees to inculcate the culture of Compliance.
      • That makes an employee aware of their call to action
      • Basic do s & don ts on polices
      • Gives an opportunity to clarify their doubts
    • Educating employees - Driving Compliance culture through simple an effective communication methodology - advocate responsible employee behavior lay emphasis on See something say something
    • Partner with Business Compliance officers to make business specific case study-based training modules.
    • Coach and develop Ethics delegates network including the management and delivery of region-wide engagement & training to address a strong open reporting culture.
    • Invent creative channels/methodologies for effective communication that educates employees on Compliance Policies
      • Build Manager led discussions in partnership with HR and Compliance Community
      • Leaders walk the talk on compliance
      • Role Plays real cases (employee meetings/ townhalls etc.)
      • Monthly E-mail Communication to employees from E&C email id
      • Policy Posters which are easy and simple to understand in common areas like Lifts, Pantry etc.
      • Sustainable periodic communication through Compliance Community
      • Digital Channel Pop up messages, short burst compliance videos, compliance screen savers and wall papers, feedback, surveys, quiz and tickers.

    • Graduate/ Postgraduate
    • 8-10 years experience, compliance experience preferred.
    • Experienced professional from similar industry and function is preferred.
