Job Description

    We are Hiring Business Development Representative (BDR) in GurgaonKey Job Responsibilities: Business Development Representative (BDR)
    • Conduct research and identify potential clients in target markets.
    • Reach out to potential clients via phone, or other means, to schedule meetings or calls with account executives.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, decision making authority, and purchasing timeline.
    • Speak with existing clients to identify and book cross-sell opportunities, booking in meetings for account executives.
    • Collaborate with sales managers and account executives to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing revenue.
    • Meet daily and weekly KPIs.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards goals.
    • Continuously improve knowledge of the companys products, services and industry trends to effectively communicate to potential clients to set appointments
    Qualifications/Skills Required: Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration or marketing or relatable industry experience.
    • Moderate to advanced Salesforce or other CRM software experience.
    • Experience using the Microsoft Suite.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a proactive mindset.
    • Ability to mange multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
