Job Description

    We are looking Customer Support Executive in GurgaonCustomer Support ExecutiveLead qualification refers to the process of identifying how likely the prospect is to make the final purchase. It involves assessing the leads and comparing them against your ideal customer profiles to determine if they would be a good fit for your business. It essentially involves sorting through the leads to find the best prospects that can be nurtured for conversion. Key Accountability

    • Enter and update customer information in the database
