Job Description

    Manager, Solution Architect As a solution architect, the crux of the role lies in collaborating with the client, capturing their needs and suggesting a learning and marketing communication solution which is not just feasible but also innovative and as per the current market trends. You would also need to work very closely with the sales team to deliver proposals and point-of-views with the best possible business solution for the client to help win business. Your experience in consultative needs analysis, client communication and presentations will make you successful in this role.Responsibilities Analyze client needs and recommend innovative solutions Consult with clients on suggested approaches and tools Outline and conceive design plans, strategies, and solutions for clients, working with Operations team to determine how to implement them Work with the sales team to develop an understanding of the prospect s situation, challenges, and opportunities, providing clients with content and consulting solutions that can support and enhance their business objectives. Act as the learning expert, working with the sales team to write and refine presentations and proposals Engage with larger teams for competitive bidding on RFPs including solutioning for training for various domains and effort estimationQualifications Minimum qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field Good experiance in relevant domain Experience developing learning solutions, including instructor led programs, virtual, blended, eLearning, mobile, and assessments. Experience creating immersive/ experiential training that engages learners at multiple levels. Skillset Required Communication skills ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented. Project planning, effort estimation, and pricing Technical skills: o Microsoft Office Suite (strong PPT skills) o Microsoft Project Planner/Project Online o Authoring tools from training and documentation domain,
