Job Description

  • Responsible for catchment scoping , identification of high- value segments & creating opportunities for Acquisition Manager- SME
  • Driving CA acquisition in the branch along with TFX/CMS Led focused acquisition strategy
  • Driving the team for over-achievement of sales target & campaigns/contest within the bank
  • Working very closely with Asst. Branch Manager & Product Specialists in seamless on boarding hand holding & sales within the portfolio of NTB clients
  • To manage a team responsible for acquiring new Product/program CA customer in the identified segment
  • To assist the Acquisition Manager- SME in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provide regular feedback to branch leadership on opportunities / customer needs / competition benchmarking
