Summary A Training Manager - Content will be responsible for Classroom Training contents and E-Learning contents for CRM Function. Job Responsibilities Responsible for designing & developing training content basis the requirement Creating course design, storyboards, presentations, process/ skill knowledge tests, case studies, instructor guides and workbooks etc Create the training manual and keeping it updated Modifying existing content for increased effectiveness Manage the e-Learning platform for new hire and refresher training Design and create pre and post training interventions Modify the current mechanism to gather feedback on training & content for continuous improvement Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the training head Desired Profile 3-5 years of experience with a Learning Management System. Online content management preferred 3-5 years of experience working with training content authoring tools Critical thinking skills to synthesize data and attention to detail Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization, and to manage multiple, complex priorities and respond effectively to change Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure Excellent communication and presentation skills ID Certification would be an added advantage Who should join Someone: Who is self-driven with a spirit of ownership and believes in team work Who is customer focused and innovative,
