Summary A Training Manager - Content will be responsible for Classroom Training contents and E-Learning contents for CRM Function. Job Responsibilities Responsible for designing & developing training content basis the requirement Creating course design, storyboards, presentations, process/ skill knowledge tests, case studies, instructor guides and workbooks etc Create the training manual and keeping it updated Modifying existing content for increased effectiveness Manage the e-Learning platform for new hire and refresher training Design and create pre and post training interventions Modify the current mechanism to gather feedback on training & content for continuous improvement Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the training head Desired Profile 3-5 years of experience with a Learning Management System.
