Job Description

Competent professional with experience in Operations (Customer Service/Inbound), Vendor Management, Voice / Chat Operations and Customer Satisfaction and Life Cycle Management. Strategic planner with proficiency in streamlining business processes, defining continuous improvement processes, accelerating employees strengths and building powerful teams Excellent communication and analytical skills with usage of Quality and Project Management Tools An ardent analyst, with a flair for adapting quickly to dynamic business environments and adopting pragmatic approach in improvising on solutions and resolving complex business issues Strategic thinker with ability to understand client experience business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective solutions
