Job Description

    Solutions Driven - Develop and deploy process(es) for evaluating actions taken, format & cadence capture outcomes, and share insights agreed upon by all partners; deliver, monitor and communicate results early to maximize success and clarity throughout the process Forward Thinking -Anticipate what comes next, proactively look for areas of opportunity for improvement or change. Proficient with MS Office, able to develop meaningful presentations for business reviews Must be a strong communicator who can create presentations and deliver a clear plan of action based on analysis & metrics to multiple levels within the business as a storyteller Sound understanding of managing business P&L, operations management with strong people management skills and a strong believer of People Key to Succeed Expertise in setting up Operations with Vendors (for new LOBs or new geographies) and proficient in managing them. Competent professional with experience in Operations (Customer Service/Inbound), Vendor Management, Voice / Chat Operations and Customer Satisfaction and Life Cycle Management. Strategic planner with proficiency in streamlining business processes, defining continuous improvement processes, accelerating employees strengths and building powerful teams Excellent communication and analytical skills with usage of Quality and Project Management Tools An ardent analyst, with a flair for adapting quickly to dynamic business environments and adopting pragmatic approach in improvising on solutions and resolving complex business issues Strategic thinker with ability to understand client experience business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective solutions
