Job Description

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and select product assortmentAnalyze product performance and identify areas for improvement to meet customer needs and business objectives Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process, from ideation to launch, ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance Stay up-to-date with the Make in India initiative and ensure that products align with government policies and regulations Develop and manage the product budget and cost planning to optimize product profitability Ensure product quality control through rigorous testing and compliance with relevant regulations and standards Own the product roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches Manage a team of professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to achieve business objectives
