Job Description

    System AdministratorJob Description.
    • Monitor the performance and capacity of Applications, Servers and Network using different monitoring tools.
    • Hands-on on any APM tools will be preferred- Nimsoft / Splunk / Dynatrace.
    • Act as a trigger for critical incident management process by involving the technical and incident management team.
    • Analyse acknowledge and record each alert in the monitoring tool handle the alert as per their impact.
    • Escalate any inconsistences in the monitoring environment with respect to the monitoring tool configuration, alert thresholds false massage.
    • Maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken.
    • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Servers (Windows/UNIX).
    • Understand application infrastructure for supported virtual environments.
    • ServiceNow and Remedy knowledge would be preferred.
    • Fault management [identify issues, engage resources, and monitor/control troubleshooting bridge(s)].
    • Any certification like MCSE, MCP, AWS, Azure, ITIL would be preferable.
    • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in English.
    • Excellent MS Office skills.
    • Self-starter capable of independent working but with strong team ethic
    • Logical mindset, Innovative, Attention to detail.
    • 24*7- Rotational shift.
