You all are requested to go through with the highlights given below .!Kindly contact for more details:Ms. Krati: 8077690003(Timings to Contact: 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.)Location: Gurgaon/Noida.Profile: Telesales/Outbound Sales Executive/Sales Executive.Process: Outbound Sales.Product: Loans/Credit Cards/Insurance.Salary: 13k to 30k Ctc (for Gurgaon) 12k to 20k (for Noida).Eligibility: Gradaute/Undergraduate/Fresher/Drop-out/B.Tech/B.E./BBA/MBA/Diploma/BCA.Shift: Day Shift.

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Converting leads and opportunities generated through Cold Calling, Digital Marketing, etc into appointments by pitching accurate lenders and products as per the system recommendation and customer requirement.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Follow-up on appointments with lenders and customers for pickups/logins.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Generate references from existing customers.
  • Take and process applications in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
  • Meet call Quality standards and CSAT.
  • Ensure Staffing, AHT, Break adherence expectations are met on daily basis.
Who Are We Looking For:
  • A graduate/undergraduate preferably with 0-3 years of experience in selling insurance/loans/credit cards.
  • Freshers with remarkable English communication skills are also welcome.
  • Experienced candidates will get maximum 30% hike on your last drawn salary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated.
  • Disciplined, enthusiastic, and intent focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced organization
