Job Description

    Urgently hiring in Reputed Bank for the post ofPrivilege Banker in Delhi-NCR.Job Profile:-You will be working as a TEAM CO-ORDINATOR with Bank. The primary role would be,to manage team and to generate leads from them, from the local market.A sales manager in a bank is responsible for selling bank products to its retail customers. They can be involved in the selling of Credit Cards, Bancassurance (insurance provided by banks), CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) etc.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • At all candidate are responsible for managing Micro business loan Disbursement nearby Delhi area.
    • To maintain TAT & Quality of the files at the time disbursement.
    • Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the Company policy and parameters.
    • To co-ordinate with all Stake Holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work.
    • Mainly, mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity.
    • Lastly attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Banks rapid growth targets of Delhi branch.
