Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparation and presentation of Feasibility Report, P&L study & analysis at different level - Store, Channel, Project, Company etc.
  • Identification, short listing and evaluation of new projects, Channels, business models.
  • Gross Margin validation for Retail, E-com & Distribution business; feasibility study, evaluation.
  • Pricing / Negotiation of Purchase / Supplies with various Suppliers / Vendors.
  • Preparing various template / documents for various commercial analysis of business or smooth business Approval process
  • Negotiation and finalisation of TOTs, LOIs, MOUs and other preliminary negotiation pads for commercial proposals, or change control management, with Suppliers, Vendors or Brands.
  • Budgeting and preparation of monthly financial analysis and reporting and to maximize asset value of the Company.
  • Development and implementation of SOPs / Process for backend support functions in relation to Accounts, Taxation, Commercial and Supply Chain.
  • Liaison with external tax or commercial consultants, advocates, Counsels and government/regulatory authorities including gathering of inputs and advice;
  • Co-ordination with internal team viz., Operation, Legal, Projects & BD, IT and Brand Teams for preparation & finalisation of commercials, feasibilities, other business transactions / contracts with Suppliers, Customers, Suppliers, Vendors or Service providers
  • Coordination and follow-up for completion of all contracts / Agreement as per commercial arrangements with Parties etc.
  • Supporting in Commercial Audit at Stores / Warehouse providing solutions for any deviations.
  • Preparation and Submission of commercial MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Qualified CA with Minimum 8-10 years of Post Qualification Experience
  • Additional qualification like LLB / Commercial Laws will be added advantage
