Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob description
    • Identifies/spots the right talents, motivates and negotiates with them to apply.
    • Conducts/arrange Interviews of the shortlisted candidates for different levels of interview.
    • Provides orientation training to new employees.
    • Conduct Onboarding process.
    • Maintains employee records and updating HR databases.
    • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
    • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records.
    • Input and verify payroll data in HR and payroll systems.
    • Assists with internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll data and reports.
    • Assists in implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Issues and maintains all letters given to employees.
    • Responds to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
    • Conducts and coordinates activities/celebrations during birthdays, and Company Annual Day.
    • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
    Job/Knowledge Requirements
    • Graduate
    • Experience in Recruitment & Selection process
    • Experience in compensation & Benefits/Payroll
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
