Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTIONROLE: HR Executive Training &OperationsReports to Recruitment ManagerRole Objective Responsible to handle 70% Recruitment and 30 % Generalist.Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation.Ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to.Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed budgets.Assisting with day-to-day HR related questions.Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants.Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needsScreening resume Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidatesAdministering appropriate company assessmentsCoordinating interviews with the hiring managersFollowing up on the interview process statusMaintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achievedCommunicating employer information and benefits during screening processStaying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practicesDesired profileMBAMinimum 2+ Years of Experience in IT recruitment from skilling/training/educational.Strong verbal and written Communication SkillsStrong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseveranceShould have good knowledge and relations with corporatesMust have the inclination towards society and working for marginalized communityMinimum Experience: 2-3 yearsMinimum Qualification: MBAWork Location: Sector 14, GurgaonINTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY IN THE JOB POST OR CAN CONTACT THE BELOW DETAILS FOR MORE INFORMATION:Name: BhaskarEmail Id:hidden_emailPh no:hidden_mobile
