Job Description

    Job DescriptionPosition: - HR Executive Compensation and benefits (C&B) Total Experience:- 3-4 years CTC:- Upto 4.5 LPA A payroll and benefits Executive will be responsible for managing the payroll, benefits, and other compensation plans of an organization. They are tasked with ensuring that all employees receive their correct wages and benefits on time and in full. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing new policies related to employee compensation or benefits. This might include things like paid leave, health insurance coverage, retirement plans, etc. Job Duties:- A payroll and benefits Executive typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
    • Ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time each period.
    • Providing guidance to employees on how to handle their personal finances effectively.
    • Reviewing employee salaries and making recommendations for adjustments based on job performance, market rates, or other factors.
    • Maintaining an employee database for each company department with information about each employees job title, department, manager, location, salary, and benefits.
    • Coordinating with the companys insurance carrier to ensure that all employees are covered by appropriate insurance policies.
    • Preparing tax forms and filing them with the IRS and other relevant agencies.
    • Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
    • The candidate has to work within the HR team but has to operate closely with the finance team.
    • Implementation Timelines and coverage.
    • Board approvals on executive compensation and on-time rollout.
    • Debottlenecking and error-free process establishment.
    • Timely redressal of audit queries, develop HR dashboards.
