Job Description

    Job Title: HR InternJob Location: Remote (Work from Home)Duration: 3-Month Internship (Performance-based permanent hire opportunity)Job Overview:We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic HR interns who are passionate about recruitment and human resources. This is a fully remote internship where you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. Interns who successfully complete the 3-month tenure and demonstrate strong performance will have the opportunity for a permanent position within the company.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with senior HR staff.
    • Manage job postings on various platforms and track candidate pipelines.
    • Communicate with candidates and clients to understand requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate profiles and recruitment progress.
    • Follow-up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
    Performance-Based Stipend:
    • If you successfully make any placements during the internship, you will receive payment based on the profiles placed.
    • Detailed performance metrics will be provided during the onboarding process.
    Requirements:
    • Self-driven and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Access to a personal laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and other necessary work-from-home tools.
    • Must be available to work full-time during the internship period.
