Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

    • Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support organizational goals and objectives.
