Job Description

Profile: Manager (Human Resource)Industry: Consumer DurablesJob location: Sector 49, GurgaonSalary offered: Up to 6 LacsMinimum experience: 5 yrsEducation: Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR/IR) is mustNotice period: Max 15 daysImportant:Only Gurgaon based candidatesKey Responsibility

  • Leading HR vertical by formulation & implementation of Policies, Programs & Practices across entire HR domain
  • Handling complete HR operations on the daily basis. Incorporation of new effective ideas for HR operations
  • Conducting employee engagement programs intermittently to keep employees engaged & motivated
  • Execution of current performance management program for the employees and developing more effective policies
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
  • Recommending changes, Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs,
  • Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;
  • Scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Central and state requirements; Conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
  • Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Good experience across various functions of HR
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, ppt & Excel).
  • Must have good business acumen
Qualification & Experience
  • Any Graduation though science background is preferable
  • Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR/IR) is must
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR domain
  • Preferably female candidate
