Job Description

Global Mobility support and services for all employees and line managers on Global mobility process. Individual Contributor / Team administrator / Daily Task administration / Escalation point / KPI delivery/ Vendor Management / Knowledge Management

  1. Ensuring data gathering, analytics and reporting of immigration/tax/social security matters and any other local regulatory activities across the globe/region/country
  2. Managing process compliance expatriate/repatriation processes nuances entry/exit/payroll/taxation/housing/schooling/cultural sensitization
  3. Performance of all Transactions supporting Global mobility, including writing emails, responding to phone calls, giving inputs to internal team for data updation / correction.
  4. Preparing reports and related analysis of data, Managing Functional emailbox.
  5. HR tools support to managers and employees
  6. HR policy support and interpretation
  7. Process improvements , with recommended changes to ensure accurate data reporting for governance and compliance
  8. Generarting dashboards for leadership views
  9. Transaction Excellence
  10. Case Management
Qualification Must have handled Global Mobility /HR operations and should be able to resolve most of the queriesBachelor degree possibly with MBAGood knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools Strong team player /Virtual working environment/culturally sensitive Strong communication skills, self confident presentation and moderation skills Service mentality and excellent customer orientation skills Sourcing inputs Experience 10 -12Looking for a strong analytics profile, knowing VBA, Advanced excel skills , capable of making Region level HR dashboards, Reports which can be presented to Executive Board.Location: Gurgaon ,
