Job Description

    Mydutiesand responsibilitiesasunder:- H.R. Functions:- Identifying Manpower requirement from all Divisional heads. Mapping Job description & Job analysis basis on requirement. Sourcing CVs from Different source (Like Consultancies, Employment Exchange, Job Portals and Reference) and Conducting preliminary screening & taking initial interviews etc. Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter / Appointment Letter, collection of required documents from new joiner , Verification of new appointees documents) Preparing Induction Program and Orientation to the employees towards policies and procedures of the company. Responsible for updating & auditing all personal files regularly To intimate Management about resignations / separations of employees and forward in time resignation letter/ exit interview report/ clearance certificate for necessary action. Maintain H.R. related records on monthly / yearly basis i.e. Employee Data Base, Leave Records for Regular / Contractual employees, Increment Detail, and Leave without pay records etc.Salary Administration Functions:- Preparation of attendance registers for faculty & staff. Preparation and maintain of Leave Register. Responsible for Payroll processing & disbursement of Payroll Responsible for providing final Approvals for Salary, deductions, Travels, Transfers, Relocations, Training Costs and other Official Trips (Claims like TA). Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave as per policy. Ensure the employees get their payroll queries/ grievance answered and solved on an individual basis. Annual Bonus payout & Leave Encashment.Employee Relations & Engagement Functions:- Addressed daily employee concerns and issues.
