Job Description

    -
    • Providing end to end HR related support to the business units.
    • Responsible for employee life cycle from on boarding till exit.
    • To be the first level of interface between HR & Operations & other stake holders for all HR related initiatives and query handling.
    • Handling all queries and grievances raised by business managers/employees.
    • Handling HRMS /HRIS system.
    • Maintaining various data and sharing the same with business units.
    Requirements:-
    • 1 to 2 years experience for L2 / 3-5yrs exp for L3
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good command on excel.
    • Interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
