If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a HRIS Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, Hary na (IN-HR), India (IN).Participates in functional HR process improvement project meetings or training sessions to various HR and technical staff. Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS. Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes,systems and data in order to provide effective solutions. Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications. Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications standards and practices. Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function. Acts as project lead on local projects, and may lead global project.

  • Ability to analyze workforce data and map data fields
  • Review and work to HRIS integration project plans
  • Communication with leadership and other teams regarding status and downstream impacts
  • Create user test cases and coordinate UAT
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and HRIS
  • Understanding of Recruit to Hire process (internally and externally)
  • Basic understanding of SuccessFactor Position management and Compensation process
  • Flexible work schedule; project involves tight timelines
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail while keeping the larger picture in mind
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated professional maturity to handle confidential information
  • SuccessFactors configuration experience required
