What Youll DoYou will serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues in various areas within the employee lifecycle.In this role, you will lead key HR processes and programs across topics in a given geography, ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support exceptional risk management. You will proactively manage and lead various day-to-day people-related processes in Gurgaon by collaborating with multiple stakeholders from other locations, functions and service lines. You will counsel colleagues, managers and leaders on a range of HR policies and guidelines. You will also be an integral part of various HR process improvement initiatives and will serve as a thought partner to functional leadership on various topics of the people function.You will deliver support to our colleagues while ensuring the firm is compliant with all legal requirements. Some of the processes may include supporting new hire orientation, benefits, employee engagement initiatives, employee queries and employee relations.You will build expertise and lead HR processes and programs, identifying issues and proposing solutions for life cycle events such as - onboarding and offboarding, personnel programs as appropriate other duty of care programs and HR projects. You will communicate and interpret policies and procedures as well as risk management efforts, protecting the firm and firm members from risk.,
