Job Description

    Description- The position works cross-functionally to ensure creative and business ambitions are well defined and appropriately carried out to achieve desired results. - The incumbent will be responsible for managing aspects related to creative strategy and business objectives, documentation, crafting and distilling briefs, leading creative reviews, partnering with development teams and more. - Ideal candidate will have strong project management skills to handle the workflow i.e. budgeting, internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, running key breakthroughs/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery, etc. - Proficient in building positive relationships by collaborating with various internal and external business stakeholders, as well as with partner agency networks, to design and develop the best possible solution to address the need. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a creative and dynamic environment. - Strong analytical thinking to understand data and translating them into workable options and solutions. - Should be flexible enough to act as a team leader or an individual contributor depending on project needs, and is comfortable working within tight schedules. - Manage relationships with global counterparts, and keep them informed on category project status.,Key Qualifications
    • You have at-least seven years of proven experience working for a dynamic interactive or digital organisation.
    • The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done, attitude.
    • Proficient in the latest Internet advancements and technology.
    • Good understanding on consumer behaviour and experience on digital landscape.
    • Possess related technical skills as an experienced digital professional with thorough understanding of back-end web coding & infrastructure. (Hands-on experience on HTML / CSS will be an add-on)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proven technical project management experience.
    • Highly organised and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
    • Successful track record of digital innovation and delivery across digital platforms.
    • Incumbent should be comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
    • Ability to facilitate project presentations independently to leadership level, and can identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and handle expectations.
    • Ability to structure and scope complex digital and interactive projects with multiple work streams. Should be able to work collaboratively with multiple partners, build positive relationships and lead an integrative team toward desired results.
    • Prioritises projects and changes in real time, and refines processes based on project requirements. Goal-oriented individual, adept at multi-tasking with a cross-functional team.
