Job Description

    Interim Chief Financial Officer - NBFCOne of Indias fastest growing NBFCs and most trusted brand offers corporate loans and retail loans online. Interim Position : 6-8 months Duration Job Responsibilities : - The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end finance function- S/he will be a strategic thought partner to the Chief Executive Officer while providing support in meeting the business goals of the Firm.- S/he will provide advice on both strategic direction for the business as well as financial planning and contingency plans to meet agreed targets on bottom- line and top-line. - S/he should be able to understand the Regulatory challenges and business dynamics of the NBFC sector and create a rapid, quantifiable impact. - CFO will leverage analytics and big data to drive the finance function - CFO would help the company become IPO ready. Experience : - Experience of working in a senior position in the finance function of an organization of comparable scale and size in BFSI sector (i.e., NBFC, Retail Banks, Insurance /Fintech etc.) would be strongly preferred. - S/he should have the ability to lead a publicly listed company and deal with bankers, financial sponsors, stakeholders, Board of Directors, and the external investment community. Experience of working in a publicly listed company or taking the Company to IPO will be highly desirable.Duration : 6- 8 MonthsReporting to : Managing Director & CEOQualification : CA/MBA (Finance)/CFA,
